About the role
You’ll be part of an innovative and dynamic Student Services department, leading a number of services delivering key information and advice to our student body. You’ll play a key part in shaping the future strategic direction of these and related services as well as ensuring that our day to day delivery to students is of the highest quality and meets student needs. You’ll work closely with the Assistant Director and other senior managers in ensuring that collectively Student Services is working closely with Faculties and other Professional Services in order to ensure the retention, progression and success of our students.
With a higher degree or relevant professional qualification at a postgraduate level, you’ll be passionate about student satisfaction, engagement and success. You’ll have significant experience of managing advice services and have a track record of achieving results and striving to develop and deliver services which exceed stakeholder expectations and represent best practice. You’ll have excellent management skills, be able to lead and motivate staff in a fast changing environment, be outcome driven, and have a detailed knowledge of running advice and information services.
