Experience of CRM within a higher education context would also be beneficial but not essential.

As a professional services consultant, you will work on customer sites or from home and be actively involved in all aspects of the product implementation lifecycle and post implementation consultancy, alongside a team of talented professional and technical services colleagues. Ultimately, you will help to deliver projects on time, to budget and in a manner that exceeds our customer expectations and sustains a long term partnership. You will have a sound appreciation of some of the unique challenges and business processes managed by education providers, so you are able to empathise with, and add value to, our customers.

Experience of our SITS and/or SID products is an advantage but just as important are natural and effective communication skills and excellent multi-tasking, project management and problem-solving capabilities.
Other key attributes that we look for, but do not rely on, include the ability to write and interpret customer requirements, the ability to apply systematic solutions to situations, experience of testing and documenting own deliverables, knowledge of a commonly utilised project management methodology and commercial awareness and a customer focused approach.
Any experience in a training and/or consultancy environment is advantageous.
