The Centre for Academic English (CfAE) is seeking to appoint an assistant administrator as part of the expansion of its EAP provision.  The Centre is a busy and dynamic environment, providing academic English programmes to international staff and students at Imperial College London.   This provision runs for 12 months of the year, with one of the busiest periods being the summer.

Working with the Director, Pre-sessional Programme Director and the CfAE Administrator, the post holder will play a key role in the administration and efficient running of the pre-sessional programme, which runs from July to September, and assist the Administrator in the running of the year-round in-sessional courses.

The role is diverse and requires an outgoing and responsible individual who possesses strong administrative, communication and IT skills. The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of the needs of international students, as well as a positive and enthusiastic attitude to introducing them to British culture.
