The role 

BPP Business School is recruiting a Head of Programmes for Banking and Finance Apprenticeship Programmes. This role is critical to the strategic growth of our apprenticeship portfolio and will be accountable for the design, development and delivery of apprenticeship programmes across a range of qualifications.

We are looking for a highly motivated, practitioner-qualified individual with experience of teaching or programme design within the context of the current apprenticeship landscape.

The role of a Head of Programmes in the Business School is to ensure that students receive a premium experience. This is achieved through innovative high quality design and faculty support and an ability to engage with the needs of corporate clients.

What we’re looking for

  • With experience of designing and validating programmes, you will have an understanding of current apprenticeship strategies at a national and corporate level. 
  • The successful candidate will have an understanding of designing programmes to support apprenticeship standards and have experience of supporting students and clients. 
  • You will have the ability to build excellent relationships with key professional bodies and work collaboratively with others. 
  • With project management skills, you will have the ability to deal with a wide variety of activities and prioritise your workload.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check.
