Job Purpose

Salary: Grade 7- £32,958 to £38,183 per annum

This is an exciting time to join the University of Leicester. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to high profile activities which will have real impact at individual, team and organisational level.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Organisational Development, the role supports the delivery of the University’s strategic plan and its people strategy ‘Discovering People’ through the provision of structured colleague and organisational development activities and initiatives.

The University is investing in its Organisational Development team and we seek an experienced Organisational Development Advisor to join us. The team was established only recently and is building its profile and portfolio. As part of this busy team, you will need to be flexible, positive and proactive. This is a great chance to join us at the beginning of our team development.

The scope of the post is wide-ranging, contributing to building both colleague and organisational capability through the development, delivery and evaluation of workshops, programmes and on- line learning resources. The successful applicant will also contribute to long-term Organisational Development projects.
