Grade 7. The salary range will be grade 7 £37,936 - £41,163
Grade 8 £42,304-£49,904
Grade 9 £54,240-£58,978 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.

The Medical School Education Consultancy (MSEC) is our highly regarded knowledge transfer and consultancy unit that increases our global reputation and impact by harnesses UCL Medical School expertise to provide a range of services to enable, inform and support high-quality education and training for doctors globally. Enterprise is an important focus of the Medical School and is a key area of growth and this newly created post aims to expand the capacity of MSEC to continue to deliver excellence in consultancy nationally and overseas and to ensure our national reach and impact through short course and CPD grows strategically.
The post holder will have extensive experience of working in a medical education setting and provide senior academic input into all enterprise activities of UCLMS; including day to day leadership of the MSEC activities and developing CPD opportunities. As with all UCLMS appointments the post holder will also be expected to contribute to the scholarly activities of UCLMS. This is a 0.5 FTE post that is available to those from a clinical or non-clinical background. Candidates with a primary medical qualification will be appointed on the appropriate clinical pay scale. (£34,562 -£65,838 per annum).The appointment to lecturer, senior lecturer or reader will be made based on the applicant’s past experience and qualifications and ability to contribute to the strategic goals of the Medical School.
