Advisory Team Manager

London School of Business & Finance - LSBF

Do you want to be part of an exciting new vocational education business in the heart of Manchester?

Do you have a passion for our practical programmes in subjects like Business & Hospitality and Health & Social Care that you can convey to others that you manage, and through them, to our prospective students?

Are you highly motivated, customer-focused and target-driven?

Vocational education is on the upswing and Aspire Vocational Academy is at the forefront. We are looking for a highly motivated person to lead a small, dedicated Advisory Team of committed, customer-focused staff who are responsible for promoting our courses and offering advice to prospective students. Your dedication and strong leadership will be germane in ensuring that each stage of the buyer lifecycle is completed, while meeting customers’ needs and achieving/exceeding company targets.

With a background in sales, preferably in education/student recruitment, you would be responsible primarily for setting sales targets and KPIs, conducting performance appraisals for the team and acting as a point of escalation.

... but most of all, you’ll have a passion for the exciting products we deliver.

For further details and a full role profile, e-mail: To apply, please submit a CV and Covering Letter setting out how your experience matches the requirements set out on the Person Specification.

The closing date for applications is: 4th November 2016
