The University of Worcester has long been noted for the high quality and innovative programmes in the field of Initial Teacher Education, Education Studies, Early Years Education, In-service Education and Continuing Professional Development and we continue to be at the forefront of new and exciting developments. The successful candidate will contribute strategically and operationally to the development and delivery of programmes particularly on postgraduate courses. Experience of working with others in a multi-disciplinary team will be an asset, as will experience of working with partner colleges and other organisations for the delivery of off-site modules.
Shortlisted candidates invited to interview will be required to give a twenty minute teaching session to an audience from the Education team on the following topic:
"Identify one key aspect related to Learning and Teaching in Higher Education that you feel to be current and important at the present time. Plan and deliver a twenty minute session to show us how you would teach this to a group of staff who are undertaking a PG Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education."
This will be followed by five minutes of questions.
