The Organisation and HRM group is a collegiate and supportive environment for conducting academic work. We are looking for an ambitious yet collegial scholar who will contribute to the existing lines of research within the group.
We welcome especially, but not exclusively, applications from researchers with a strong social science background, experience in conducting empirical research and an interest in processual and practice-based studies of organisations and institutions.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in academia, have demonstrated the ability to publish consistently in top tier research journals and a proven capacity to provide intellectual and academic leadership, a PhD or equivalent with a focus on organisation theory, organisation behaviour, organisation sociology; a track record of international publications; and demonstrable commitment to excellence in research and teaching.
