Are you looking for your next step in management of an internationally focused study centre? Kent's Centre for English and World Languages (CEWL) is seeking an Assistant Director to bring extensive knowledge of the sector, including pathways, and a collaborative and team approach to help deliver on our ambitions.
CEWL offers a wide range of high quality language and pathway programmes so this Assistant Director position presents real variety and interest. You will draw upon your experience in learning and teaching and operational education management, as well as your strategic focus and creative ideas, to manage and promote CEWL, building upon its successes and help it develop as a forward thinking and innovative Centre.
Acting as an effective ambassador for CEWL and the University and able to showcase our expertise and courses externally, you will also be a role model for staff within the Centre, effectively engaging with and involving the team and teaching staff in particular.
