This is a full-time post.
This post will be fixed term for 2 years & 6 months.

The Department of English at King’s College London seeks to appoint a full time Teaching Fellow in Nineteenth-Century Studies, for a period of 2 years 6 months, with research interests in the Victorian period. Any area of research will be considered, which either extends or enhances the current expertise and curriculum in the department. The successful candidate will be expected to teach survey courses in Victorian studies, supervise BA and MA dissertations and there will be scope for developing new courses. The post will carry strong emphasis on teaching as the core of job, but will allow the successful candidate to continue to develop their research career, with our institution being firmly committed to research-led teaching
The post will be based at the Virginia Woolf Building, King’s Strand Campus.

The selection process will include a presentation and a panel interview.

It is anticipated that this position will commence the week start 2 January 2017.
