The appointment will be on UCL Grade 7.
The post holder will be part of a small team providing information, advice and support to disabled students at both UCL and the London Business School. The post holder will be expected to develop and deliver non-therapeutic support services specifically for students with mental health difficulties and, as part of the Student Disability Services team, to provide information and advice to students and prospective students with a wide range of disabilities. This post is funded for a duration of 12 months initially.
Candidates should possess a relevant professional qualification in the field of mental health, together with experience of working with people with a wide range of mental health difficulties. We are also looking for experience of working with and delivering a service to people with a wide range of disabilities. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written as well as excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
