You will be a committed, enthusiastic and highly-motivated individual, ready to lead the team responsible for the provision of academic programmes in the newly-created department, Warwick Foundation Studies, formerly the Warwick International Foundation Programme.
You will lead a new academic team dedicated to delivering a new-look 2016/17 programme on the University of Warwick campus.
You will be an effective leader with experience of managing and maintaining academic programmes within the pre-university and/or university sectors, with the ability to work successfully in an international context. You will be a strategic thinker, acting as part of the department's senior management team to grow and develop Warwick Foundation Studies. You will be a skilled manager and an excellent communicator, leading, supporting and managing a team of academic staff responsible for programme delivery. You will ensure, in conjunction with academic colleagues, a high level of quality across all academic and pastoral elements of the programmes.
