Applications are invited for the following post: Senior Research Assistant in the Department of Law (Ref.: 201601333) (to commence on December 1, 2016 or as soon as possible thereafter for one year)
Applicants should possess excellent academic qualifications with at least an undergraduate and a Master’s degree in Law from a common law jurisdiction. They should also possess substantial research experience in the field of equity & trusts (especially special needs trusts). Fluency in written and spoken English, ability to research independently in law, and proven track record in producing research outputs of high quality are essential.
The appointee will be the principal research assistant to Professor Lusina Ho and Ms. Rebecca Lee. He/She will undertake research relating to trusts (including special needs trusts) in Hong Kong and major common law and civil law jurisdictions; edit and prepare research publications; and perform any other relevant tasks as assigned.
