Nottingham Business School (NBS) is the largest of Nottingham Trent University’s nine faculties and one of the fastest growing Business Schools in the UK. As the University’s primary provider of programmes and degree awards in business-related subjects, it operates with over 4,000 students and 200 members of faculty.

An exciting opportunity now exists within the School for outstanding individuals to work within the established academic department of Accounting and Finance.

NBS are seeking two Lecturers/Senior Lecturers in Accounting and Finance with expertise to teach on a range of programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and to provide research and scholarship, in one or more of the following:

  • Financial reporting, audit and risk
  • Corporate finance, corporate restructuring and/or investment banking
  • Management accounting

The successful candidates will be qualified to doctoral level and/or have substantive teaching and scholarship experience in their specialism. The capability to teach across a range of Accounting and Finance areas would be advantageous. With a proven track record, you will have a passion for teaching, academic scholarship and research. The successful candidates will be part of the Accounting and Finance division and are expected to contribute to the school’s mission and vision.
