The School of Management seeks to appoint a senior administrator to work closely with the Co-Heads of School, senior colleagues and administrative staff. Key responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to: development and maintenance of administrative structures; systems and processes to underpin teaching and research; financial management; resource planning and allocation; human resource management including line management of a team of six and strategic, academic and operational planning.

The successful candidate should be an experienced administrator with a clear understanding of academic procedures and culture. A proven track record in delivering a high quality service to meet tight deadlines, the ability to work pro-actively, positively, flexibly and in a challenging but rewarding environment is essential.
