The Human Resource Management programmes within Liverpool Business School have enjoyed considerable growth and programme diversity and we now seek to appoint an engaging individual for the post of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer who will bring a strong digital and data metrics focus to the programmes.
Teaching across a range of undergraduate, postgraduate taught and professional programmes, you would be expected to bring teaching excellence and professional expertise to a range of modules. We have an award winning teaching team and student satisfaction and personal progression informs the work on all programmes. We work closely with CIPD regionally.
Investing in its future success Liverpool Business School is keen to enhance its research and scholarship, alongside its student-centred focus towards teaching and learning. Furthermore, the Business School works closely in partnership with businesses to drive professionalism within a modern civic university that is also based in an exciting and creative world city. The HR Programme team are enthusiastic about developing the digital expertise and data informed decisions to ensure our students have the skills to compete effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
You must have extensive teaching experience and practitioner experience or involvement would be welcomed. Applicants for the post must have or be close to completing a PhD.
