About You

An open and consultative leader with successful experience of managing resources prudently, with integrity and professionalism. You will be of professorial standing (or eligible to be considered for a professorial appointment) and hold an international reputation as a researcher and networker. To be successful you will be committed to collaborative research and the co-production of knowledge. With a proven capacity to provide strategic leadership for Institute for Public Policy & Professional Practice you will ensure that it becomes one of the country’s leading research institutes on public policy.

About the Role

You will lead the Institute for Public Policy & Professional Practice, an outward-facing interdisciplinary research institute with effective partnerships locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. It is committed to public engagement and to playing a leading part in the University's research-impact strategy.
