If you are efficient and well organised with the ability to think creatively and you have experience of staff management or supervision and of organising large events, we want you to join our team.
This is a new post helping us to develop and enhance the registration experience for all our students. Leading, co-ordinating and managing all aspects of student registration across all three of our campuses, the Registration Manager will ensure a student-focused registration experience. You will be responsible for:
- Running large scale registration events
- Development of policy and procedure to ensure compliance with statutory and legal obligations and collection of tuition fees
- Identifying how we can enhance our systems
- Supporting colleagues to deliver registration throughout the year
You will combine leadership, management or supervisory experience with strong team-working, interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and familiarity with databases. You will have an ability to establish positive working relationships across teams and with a wide range of colleagues at all levels, to think creatively and to work accurately and with attention to detail, including when under pressure.
