About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Adult Nursing who is passionate about teaching, research, and sharing exemplary nursing practice to join our Department of Health, Social Care and Education in Peterborough. You’ll have recent clinical experience and applications will be particularly welcome from those with knowledge of bioscience or health promotion. Experience of working in the Community or as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner is of particular relevance to the role.

With a PhD, or nearing completion, you’ll have a professional UK NMC registered qualification in Nursing. You’ll have a strong academic background to facilitate work on a range of innovative continuing professional development modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. You’ll engage in scholarly activity in areas that resonate with nursing practice and will be required to contribute to the departmental research strategy and expected outcomes of an academic.
