We are looking for an Academic Achievement Team Leader to join the Library and Learning Services department. The post-holder will work with the Head of Academic Achievement and the Academic Achievement Team (AAT) to participate in developing high quality, learning development and support for students of all academic disciplines at all levels across the University. They will co-ordinate activities within the team, overseeing all day-to-day activities and be responsible for staff management processes and team development. He/she will work with Head of Academic Achievement to ensure operational plans are delivered on target.
We are looking for applicants with experience of managing staff, building and developing teams and keen to develop new services and practices. The post-holder will also deliver a wide range of academic skills guidance, from referencing, essay structure and academic tone to critical thinking, literature reviews and more. You will be a highly motivated candidate who can hit the ground running.
