Working Pattern: Part-time, working 400 hours per year, hours are annualised and there is a minimum attendance time of four hours per evening

£18,412 to £20,624 per annum (pro-rata), with potential to progress to £22,494 (pro-rata) through sustained exceptional contribution

You will work across three principle venues on the University campus; the Octagon Centre, Drama Studio and Firth Hall, supporting and supervising facility operations during public performances. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will ensure the safety and security of the facilities, audiences, customers and staff. This will be in compliance with Public Licensing Laws, Health and Safety Legislation, EU Legislation and University of Sheffield Policies when each venue is open for public performances. You will have undertaken similar duties in a performance facility or other entertainment or customer facing environment, however full training will be given.
You will be educated to GCSE standard or have equivalent experience together with a good level of IT skills for example MS Word, Excel.
You will work on a rota basis with one other Duty Manager and be required to work 400 hours per year.
