An additional responsibility allowance of £1,500 per annum is also provided to reflect the requirements of operating in a senior level at all times.
The London South Bank University Executive Office provides a focal point for the co-ordination and integration of University business, providing advice and support to the Vice-Chancellor and senior post holders, the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor (Research and External Engagement), the Pro Vice Chancellor (Education and Student Experience), the Chief Financial Officer, the University Secretary, the Executive Director of HR and the Chief Operating Officer on the full-range of strategic, policy and management matters.
The Executive’s Office support team includes the Executive Assistant to the Vice Chancellor and four Personal Assistants who work as a team to provide high level management support and excellent customer service internally and externally.
We now seek to strengthen our support team with an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Personal Assistant. We are particularly interested in applicants who have experience of working to support senior executives in a large organisation and who can deliver a high standard of customer care. Strong secretarial and administrative skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to liaise with a wide range of people at all levels, are essential requirements for this post.
