Research Manager

We are looking for a Research Manager to join a thriving research culture at the RNCM. The college came top among the UK Conservatoires in the last Research Excellence Framework (REF) and achieved a maximum of 100% for Research Impact. The Research Manager (RM) will be responsible for developing and supporting research activity at the RNCM. S/he will also take a lead in maximizing the impact and promotion of RNCM research, both within and out with the institution. The RM will work closely with the Director of Research to implement an ambitious Research Strategy. S/he will support colleagues in developing individual and collaborative research bids and will manage post-award grant administration. The RM will also oversee the administration of the RNCM’s Research Department, including the Research Degrees Programme, and supervise the work of the Research Administrator.
