Full Time (Job share considered):
The appointment will be on UCL Grade 8. The salary range will be £42,304 - £49,904 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.

The UCL Faculty of Laws is looking to recruit two outstanding managers to lead the operations of our Undergraduate and Postgraduate taught programmes respectively. The Undergraduate position is a maternity cover post and Postgraduate role a permanent position.

There are two separate teams supporting our LLB and LLM programmes. Each team is led by a Teaching, Learning and Quality Manager who is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of a high quality student-centered administrative support service in respect of the full student lifecycle, from initial enquiry and admission, through to confirmation of marks and awards.

Whilst the Teaching, Learning and Quality Managers report to the Faculty Manager, they are assigned to their respective Programme Directors and work with them on a day-to-day level to help bring about operational delivery.

The role holder is expected to have strong management experience associated with the operations of teaching administration. They will have experience of managing staff and providing support and direction throughout the cycle of the academic year.

The role holder will be required to bring strong planning skills to support the Director with marketing and programme development.
