Pensions Administration Team Leader (43147-106)

The University of Warwick is seeking an experienced Pensions Administrator Team Leader to lead a team of three pension administrators. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills from a pension administration environment with a focus on customer service.

The University participates in Universities Superannuation Scheme, which is undergoing significant changes at present, and also runs a local scheme which has both defined benefit and defined contribution sections. The post holder will be expected to liaise with third party administrators on a daily basis and be the main point of contact for the in-house administrators.

The role is based in Human Resources, within which the post holder will work closely with the Pensions Manager, HR advisers as well as colleagues in Payroll and Finance. Some experience of higher education and the operation of USS would be beneficial but is not essential.
