Are you committed to placing the student at the heart of all that you do? Do you engender true customer service where the values of student experience, academic quality, value for money and continuous improvement are the very basis upon which you deliver? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us in making the above an ongoing reality!
Our Academic Support team provides comprehensive support to the effective delivery of our academic programmes and is a key partner in ensuring we provide excellent students experience at all times. To continue delivering this exceptional service to our students, we are now looking to appoint an Academic Support Administrator.
Working as a part of a team known for its approachability and excellent customer service, you will share and enhance a student’s experience with us, from the point of their arrival, through to their graduation. You will have the opportunity to specialise in one of five core areas of Academic Support administration and in turn shape and influence the service we continue to develop.
You will need excellent administration and customer service skills and a can-do attitude, as well as the ability to work in a fast paced customer focussed environment. Concentrating on the needs of our diverse student body, you will thrive on challenge and be excited by the concept of no day ever being the same.
In return, we offer you a unique opportunity to have a real impact upon our students’ learning experience and upon our success. We will also support you with our strong commitment to training and development, the commitment that helps us ensure the continued delivery of an excellent student experience for all learners.
If you are interested, ready for the challenge and would like to have an informal discussion about the role, please contact Jordan Mulvaney, Academic Support Officer, via email at email@example.com.
