The Joint Research Office is seeking to recruit a Grants Administrator to provide day- to-day support and advice to academic and administrative staff.

You will have ownership of managing a portfolio of research project grants, which will involve the checking of all costs, reconciliation of financial accounts, invoicing and resolving queries.

You should have experience of working in an administrative job (preferably within the Higher Education, NHS, charitable or related sectors) together with proven experience of working independently and as part of a team. You will have proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, email), an eye for detail and will be able to work to deadlines. You will be committed to the delivery of customer services and have a “can do” approach.

This post is full time and open-ended, and based at St Mary’s Campus, Paddington
