Student numbers continue to grow and we need to expand our academic resource within the Real Estate Faculty.
We need you to provide academic leadership and undertake online teaching in the subject area of real estate, particularly in one or more of the following:
- Development Appraisal
- Statutory Valuation – including rating and compulsory purchase
- Commercial Property Management
- Retail Asset Management
- Commercial Property Agency
You will tutor students, provide pastoral support, help develop new programmes, and engage with industry. As a module leader or module tutor you will take on specific responsibilities, as listed in the job specification. In terms of essential requirements, you must have at least an undergraduate degree in a relevant subject, with teaching or industry experience.
