The Library & Archives Service of this major international postgraduate medical school is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative individual to provide administrative support to the service, and on occasion to the wider Information Services Directorate as required.
The successful candidate will have a recognized degree, proven experience of working successfully with financial management systems and of delivering general administrative support, demonstrable knowledge of financial and personnel procedures, and issues relating to file management.
Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, and be service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational skills, the ability to work as part of a team and the ability to take responsibility are also essential.
Salary will be on the Professional Support Pathway Grade 4 scale in the range £28,270 - £32,158 per annum. The post will be subject to the LSHTM terms and conditions of service. Annual leave entitlement is 30 working days per year, pro rata for part time. In addition to this there are discretionary “Director’s Days”. Membership of the USS Pension Scheme is available.
