Development and Alumni Relations are recruiting to a brand new permanent part-time Stewardship Officer. Reflecting Cardiff University’s recent embarkment on an exciting step change in its advancement programme, the creation and recruitment to this position is another important step in the division’s significant growth of the team – and its ambition.
The Stewardship Officer will support and manage the University’s donor stewardship remit. Realising an agreed plan of stewardship (thanking and reporting) for the University’s donors, they will act as lead on the formulation, ongoing development and implementation of a programme of ‘minimum standard’ donor stewardship. This programme will be devised under the supervision of the Deputy Director of Development and Head of Fundraising, whose ongoing stewardship strategy should be reflected and put into action by the programme.
This post is part-time (21 Hours) and open ended, with an expected start date of 4th January 2017, or as soon as possible thereafter.
