Salary, Grade 4

The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama wishes to appoint a Course Support Administrator to work closely with the Course Support team and faculty staff to support student project coordination and course administration. Responsibilities will include the creation of the generic course timetables including the organisation and maintenance of course room bookings. The post holder will be expected to communicate with Central alumni, visiting lecturers and industry professionals in order to ensure the smooth running of course events.

It is expected that applicants will have experience using advanced word processing and Excel as the post-holder will be required to produce a variety of word-processed papers, spreadsheets and letters. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

It is anticipated that interviews and assessments will take place on 16 November 2016.

Successful candidates will be expected to be available to commence employment with effect immediately.
