The salary will be paid at Grade 5, £27,629 to £32,004 per annum, plus £2,623 per annum London Allowance.

This is a Full-time (100% full time equivalent) position for 35 hours per week.
The Faculty of Arts & Humanities comprises 16 academic units and centres. Departmental professional services administration is delivered via four clusters covering Creative Arts, Humanities, Literatures and Languages and the Modern Language Centre. We are looking to recruit an experienced Programmes Administrator to plan and deliver the day to day administration of taught programmes. As part of the Creative Arts Cluster team you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to students and academic staff in the Departments of Music and Film Studies.
You will be an excellent communicator with a professional manner and be able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team. You will hold a degree (or equivalent), have had substantial experience in programme administration, possess excellent IT skills and have some relevant VLE and website experience. The main responsibilities of the role are to: provide comprehensive administration for learning and teaching, including the electronic learning & teaching platform; plan and deliver the day-to-day administration of taught programmes from induction to graduation; provide comprehensive and authoritative advice for all taught students in respect of programme regulations and curriculum choices; supervise the day-to-day tasks of the Programmes Officer.
The selection process will include an assessment and a panel interview.
