Based at our Stratford campus, the School of Health and Bioscience has experienced considerable growth over the last 5 years, approximately 10-15% per annum. We are rapidly developing our post graduate and research programmes, involving wide collaboration in the UK and overseas.

We are seeking a new colleague to fill a vacant post in Health Promotion/Public Health. Working as part of a dynamic team, you will teach and develop our modules, contribute to the design and delivery of our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. You will also liaise with the local health sector and partnership work with our feeder colleges and schools. In addition you will be contributing to the School’s research agenda and carry out related administrative duties.

You will have a postgraduate qualification in an appropriate discipline, ideally a PhD, as well as experience of teaching and student supervision in higher education. Knowledge and experience in a relevant health profession is essential as is a strong commitment to the student experience. An appropriate record of research and/or knowledge exchange that compliments the existing interests of the School is desirable.
