Salary from £8.579 to £10.210 an hour

The salary will be inclusive of 6 hours guaranteed overtime each week (the shift pattern works out as an average of 42 hours per week).

Working alternating 12 hour shift pattern - plus 18% Shift allowance paid.

We are currently looking to recruit a Security Officer to work in one of four teams operating a 24 hour seven day a week rotating shift pattern to ensure the safety of the staff, students and visitors and to protect the interests of the University. The highest level of personal integrity is required and the post holder will be expected to respond to a wide range of challenging scenarios.
