The Role

This is your chance to play a critical role in enhancing the student experience as part of a very supportive and pro-active student services team. An opportunity to demonstrate your excellent customer service and organisational skills, whilst working within an established, supportive team of student and course administrators based in a modern Business School at Kingston Hill.

The post is busy and varied. You will be working closely with academic staff that run the programmes and with staff across the University. Contact with applicants and students are the main part of the role.

The Person

Excellent communication skills and a flexible professional approach are essential. You need to be able to assess priorities to organise your own workload and remain calm under pressure. Attention to detail, proficiency in the use of office technology (including databases, spreadsheets, email and the internet) are essential skills. Experience of working in a Higher Education administrative environment is desirable but not essential.
