We are looking for an outstanding Data Assistant to support our brilliant data team, working primarily with the Raiser’s Edge alumni, supporter and donor database. The Data Assistant will help us maintain high quality alumni, supporter and donor data, entering updates received from alumni and others, processing donations, assisting with reconciling our accounts, and supporting database users.
You will have excellent data input and processing skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and strong communication skills, with the ability to be confident, helpful and polite when dealing with alumni and external contacts over the phone, by email or face to face should they visit the office. This is an exciting time to join an ambitious fundraising and alumni relations department as this leading University launches its first major fundraising campaign.
