The Finance team at the University of Reading is undergoing a major transformation in the way it delivers its services to both internal and external stakeholders and to meet the ambitious growth and challenges that the University has set itself. A vacancy for an Administrator – School Finance has now arisen and the University is seeking a suitably experienced individual to fill this role.
The role is responsible for supervising and assisting a team of schools based clerks in providing financial support and assistance especially as regards procurement / purchasing and sales invoicing activities.
You will have:
- Good supervisory skills
- Ability to communicate at different levels
- Good systems knowledge of Agresso
- Experience of working in a medium to large accounts office processing high volumes
- Highly motivated, organised, efficient and a self-starter
