The Registry team is responsible for the quality assurance of academic provision and for all aspects of student administration, from admission through to graduation. We provide a wide range of administrative services for students and staff.
We are looking for a Timetabling Manager to join our team to co-ordinate the University’s timetable and room bookings using the current timetabling system and to play a key role in the design, testing and deliver of a new automated system. The timetabling manager would be responsible for accumulating data to create an efficient timetable that not only maximises use of the campus but student experience. The timetabling manager is required to develop a timetable that meets all the needs of both teaching staff and students.
Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate managerial skills in their application as well as experience in working within higher education and timetabling. It is also essential to have some knowledge on systems and programs used in timetabling. The role requires the ability to liaise across a variety of departments both academic and professional.
