The BA (Hons) Photography Course within the School of Visual Communication at Birmingham City University will have a number of openings for visiting tutors over the coming academic year. As such, expressions of interest are invited by email, accompanied by an up to date CV.
Previous teaching experience at undergraduate level is desirable, though not essential. The ideal candidate would also be currently practicing as a photographer within their chosen field of that discipline. A good understanding of the social and theoretical aspects of photography would also be expected as well as excellent technical skills.
