Part Time: 29 hours per week
This contemporary fine art course is designed for aspiring fine artists interested in a interdisciplinary context. It is ideally suited to students who want to develop a strong individual practice that is responsive to a wider social, political, and cultural context, including the exploration of new audiences and sites for dissemination.
We are looking to appoint a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer who will work alongside the Course Leader in managing, administering, and coordinating the delivery of the of the BA and MA Fine Art courses.
You will have a good undergraduate and a postgraduate qualification in Fine Art, and a good knowledge of current theoretical and academic discourses within contemporary Fine Art. The post holder should be able to demonstrate an active research profile.
Experience of teaching at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels, good verbal and written communication skills, organisational ability, and personal initiative is required. The post holder will contribute to the School of Fine Art & Photography research culture.
