Programme Information and Statutory Returns Manager

Based within the Student Operations team you will support the University within your area of specialism, overseeing the day to day work, managing the team, carrying out supporting work, providing advice and guidance to staff and students on complex issues. You will Identify project developments required within the Programme Information and Statutory Returns area, review and monitor processes and procedures and actively support and monitor staff to deliver and embed projects
You will develop knowledge and experience across the full range of team functions to be able to advise colleges and schools, develop cross functional working within the team and college partners, working closely with Managers within Student Operations to share and allocate resources to meet the demands of each area of priority.
You will provide management and leadership to the Programme Information and Statutory Returns area, proactively engendering a customer services approach which meets the requirements of internal and external customers, adapting process as necessary and reflecting the Registry values and behaviours.
Developing networks, both internally and externally, planning the work of the area in accordance with the school and college strategy, sector requirement and external stakeholders., you will understand the requirements of external stakeholders and ensure monitoring requirements are embedded within University processes
