Head of Student Operations

As a strong and effective leader to the Student Operation Team within Registry, you will have a passion for excellent customer service and an ability to provide measurable improvements in customer services, working collaboratively with others to develop policies and procedures and manage change effectively reflecting the Registry values and behaviours. 
You will review processes and procedures, to proactively manage the work of the section, leading projects with University-wide implications to ensure they meet University aims and enhance the student and staff experience. You will understand the internal and external requirements of the sector, translating external rules into internal actions, developing the strategy for the team and ensuring that processes meet the needs of the University.
Managing the Student Operations Team to ensure it fulfils the requirements of students, schools, colleges and external customers, creating a culture of continual improvement
You will have the ability to deliver a matrix approach to managing a multi-disciplinary team which assesses the needs of customers and external bodies in the areas of: Assessment, Exams and Graduation, Enrolment and SLC returns and Programme Information and Statutory Returns.
