Nearing the end of a 3 year digital student journey project that is transforming the way we interact with our students, the University of Reading is now commencing a project that is aimed to make full use of these developments and transform our front and back office operations into an agile organisation.

This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth and seamless delivery of best practice teaching and learning operational support from enrolment through to final result. We are advertising for a number of positions to this role.

You will be part of a team of programme administrators and provide comprehensive end-to-end administrative and teaching and learning support to an assigned programme portfolio, ensuring a high quality student experience. You will contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of the consistent and integrated delivery of the Support Centre’s programmes.

You will have:

  • Experience of administration within a busy office environment.
  • A professional disposition and be well organised.
  • Experience of using databases to maintain and retrieve data.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on attention to detail and high quality output.
  • The ability to work closely with academic and administrative colleagues and be passionate about delivering a first class service.
