Research Fellow in Thermofluid / Combustion Energy Systems

We are looking to recruit a Research Fellow (Grade 7) to conduct research on Thermofluids/Combustion Energy Systems for the Flexible Integrated Energy Systems (FLEXIS) European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Operation which is part funded by the ERDF through the Welsh Government. During this period, 100% of this post will be activities related to the implementation and delivery of FLEXIS WEST (WEFO Case No. 80835) and to contribute to overall research performance of the School and University.

This is a fixed term role for a duration of 24 months and the post holder will be undertaking most of this research at Cardiff's Gas Turbine Research Centre (GTRC) based in Port Talbot which will assist in the implementation and delivery of FLEXIS West and the Valleys.

The post is full time (35 hours per week) and is available immediately for a fixed term period for 24 months.
