Lecturer/Teaching Fellow in Supply Chain Management

Contribute to the regional, national and international development of supply chain management provision at one of the UK’s largest business schools. You’ll build on our new UG and PG programmes’ SCM modules and route, as well as strong links with employers and professional bodies including CIPS and CMI. Joining Birmingham City Business School at our city-centre building, you’ll ensure an excellent student experience through the use of relevant and inspiring learning, teaching and assessment methods.

All roles will support continuing academic developments within the Department of Management, HR and Enterprise, but generally Lecturers will already hold a Doctorate and will combine teaching with research and Teaching Fellows will be directly involved in student experience initiatives with teaching. With industry and teaching experience, you’ll have delivered at a combination of undergraduate, postgraduate and/or professional levels at module and/or programme level.

Any appropriate area of SCM, Operations Management, Logistics, and Distribution etc will be useful.

CIPS or CILT membership would be an advantage but a willingness to teach across the UG and PG courses is essential.
