We now have the following opportunity within the Timetabling team. Timetabling Manager

Location: Moorgate Centre – London

This role is responsible for the timely provision of balanced and accurate timetables to ensure the delivery and assessment of a range of programmes offered in the centre (full time and accelerated, various start dates etc.).  You will be a key member of the team providing an essential contribution to the smooth running of our London Moorgate centre with an opportunity to contribute to and participate in wider related resource management projects. 

Ideally you will be experienced or familiar with Syllabus Plus (Scientia). You will be highly numerate and with an analytical approach to problem solving, be able to work to tight deadlines and deal effectively with unanticipated change requests.  Whilst a keen eye for detail is absolutely essential, you will also need to be aware of the wider picture and be prepared to think forwards for continual development of systems and processes. With excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate well at a senior level, ideally you will have at least two years relevant experience in a timetabling, scheduling and/or resource allocation role. 

Experience of managing staff would be a benefit.
