Salary: Grade 7: £33,943 - £39,324 per annum
Grade 8: £40,523 - £48,327 per annum

The School of Architecture, Built and Natural Environment, part of the Faculty of Architecture, Computing and Engineering, is a vibrant and innovative school that provides undergraduate, postgraduate, research and professional programmes through a variety of full and part-time delivery.

As a result of its ongoing success and growth, a post is now available in the School. Applications are invited from individuals with expertise in the areas of Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering and Building Services. Experience of the practical application of BIM and CAD would be particularly welcome.

The successful candidate will have suitable subject expertise/qualifications, with appropriate academic or industrial experience and the ability to cover the core provision at a range of undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Whilst mainly based at our Swansea campus, the post holder may be expected to work across the University campuses, as required
