The salary will be paid at Grade 5, £27,629 - £32,004 per annum plus £2,623 per annum London Allowance.
This post will be a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2017.
The Research Worker role will combine experience of working within health services with research skills. Collaborating closely with our friendly King’s Improvement Science (KIS) team, and under the direction of the Postdoctoral Research Worker, the post-holder will be involved in the planning, management and delivery of quality improvement projects/programmes within the King’s Health Partners Trusts (King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust); and will also work on the evaluation of quality improvement programmes with the partner Trusts. The post-holder will have the opportunity to contribute to the scientific output of the team and wider department, and to stakeholder reports of the activities undertaken. The post-holder will collaborate with colleagues on dissemination and teaching activities, and organising the departmental seminar series.
