Two permanent Full time roles, One Fixed term full time role for a period of 12 months
Applications are invited for three Executive Assistant posts in the Principal’s office. The Principal’s office comprises of senior managers in the College, including the Principal and the Deputy Principal. The College is entering a period of expansion that will have a major impact on the senior team in managing and implementing this change. These appointments are key in supporting these activities.
The Principal’s office support comprises of a team of five led by the Principal’s Executive Officer. The support team provide a business management function, ensuring that the senior team are appropriately briefed and kept abreast of issues in their areas. Typical duties include managing diaries, prioritising workload and acting as a first point of contact. As well as their operational responsibilities these posts have an important representational role in dealing with students, staff, parents, stakeholders, members of the public and VIP’s.
The successful candidates will be proactive and enthusiastic and be able work as part of a small busy team. They must be able to demonstrate they can interact with people at all levels and be effective in building working relationships both internally and externally. Strong communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken English are therefore an essential requirement, together with discretion, tact and diplomacy. Further essential skills include an organised approach, minute taking experience, the ability to solve problems and previous experience providing support at Board level.
The post (s) will support committee and working groups and organise events, which will require some out of hours working.
There are two full time permanent positions available, and a 12 month full time fixed term role to cover a period of maternity leave. All posts are available from January 2017. These roles are based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.

Interview Details: There are two stages to the selection process. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take part in a series of short tests on the afternoon of the 14th or 15th December. Candidates successful after this stage will then be invited to return for a panel interview on the 16th of December 2016.
